Ready-made cutouts from our 3D concrete printer simplify and speed up work on construction sites. This eliminates the time-consuming manual production, removal and subsequent disposal of formwork elements. The installation of 3D concrete blockouts reduces costs, on-site labor time, material consumption andCO2 emissions.
As part of a research project with the Graz University of Technology, the company Märker Beton and EIGNER Bauunternehmung GmbH, this in-situ concrete floor was realized with hollow bodies from the 3D printing system. In combination with a climate-optimized R-concrete, it was possible to save around 50 percentCO2 during construction and thus already achieve the 2030CO2 reduction targets for this component.
